Minimum Qualifications for Instructors:

• Bachelors in relevant subject from accredited college/university

• Experience teaching school-aged youth and/or experience working in your field

• Classroom management skills

• An understanding of - the ability to articulate - the importance of equity in public education

• Comfort working in settings with diverse groups of people from diverse backgrounds

Minimum Qualifications for Tutors:

• Enrolled in a degree program for the subject area you would like to tutor 

• Experience providing individualized supplemental instruction

• An understanding of - the ability to articulate - the importance of equity in public education

• Comfort working in settings with diverse groups of people from diverse backgrounds
